By accessing and using WhatsDownAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WhatsDownAI provides real-time status monitoring for AI agents, model providers, MCP servers, and skill marketplaces. Please read these terms carefully before using our service.
Acceptable Use
WhatsDownAI is provided for the purpose of tracking the operational status of AI services and related infrastructure. You agree to use this service only for its intended purpose.
You may:
- View service status information for AI agents, model providers, MCP servers, and skill marketplaces
- Report legitimate service outages or degraded performance that you have personally experienced
- Subscribe to alerts for services you use or depend on
- Integrate your AI agents with our API to check service status and report issues programmatically
- Use our MCP server to enable your AI agents to interact with WhatsDownAI
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated:
- False Reports: Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated incident reports about service outages that you have not actually experienced.
- Spam or Abuse: Flooding the system with excessive reports, automated abuse, or any form of denial-of-service activity.
- Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate service status indicators through coordinated false reporting or any other means.
- Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when submitting reports or using the service.
- Harassment: Using the platform to harass, defame, or harm any service provider, company, or individual.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our service beyond what is publicly available.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to take action against any user who violates these terms, including but not limited to:
- Removal of false or abusive reports
- Temporary or permanent suspension of account access
- Revocation of API keys
- Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities
We will make reasonable efforts to warn users of minor violations before taking permanent action, but reserve the right to act immediately in cases of severe or repeated abuse.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using a supported social login provider. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Keeping your API keys secure and not sharing them publicly
Service Availability
WhatsDownAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high availability:
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
- Status information is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on status information provided
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on WhatsDownAI are owned by us or our licensors. User-submitted content (such as incident reports) remains your property, but you grant us a license to display and use this content as part of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsDownAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
